Mattresses

We design our mattresses to cradle real humans, not lumps of organic matter. Therefore, we don’t stop at tempered steel springs and pocket spring systems. For ultimate comfort and support, we vary the height of springs across body zones – delivering softness, firmness and elasticity precisely where they’re needed. For proper edge support, we harden the sides of our mattresses with side springs and foam. These are just a few examples of how Delux devises better ways to comfort sleep. We can currently produce 500 mattresses a day.

Delux mattresses:
-   are made of tempered steel springs
-   using pocket spring systems

Delux top mattress delivers the final touch on beds. Our top mattress covers don’t just protect the high-resilience foam, memory foam, or latex filling. They can do much more – from antibacterial, anti-allergenic and temperature-regulating covers, to “air-conditioning” Tencel-and-cotton versions that wick away moisture – Delux top mattresses perform invisible tasks that all contribute to the ultimate compliment a bed can get: a good night’s sleep.
