<p>Quiet Sharing</p>
<p>In the morning when you are still half awake, you have access to your unconscious mind and to your inner workings. But like clouds that pass us by, it may soon be gone, without a trace. Listen to these tender morning whispers as they allow you to reach into your inner world, the deeper part of you that can  help you on your way of transformation.</p>
<p>Quietly sharing the stream of your first thoughts and feelings written in a journal in the morning can do wonders in calming your mind and have you be more clear headed during the day.</p>
<p>Keep a journal or pen and paper by your bed and reach for it while you are still half asleep.  Write down any memories you may have of your dreams. First there may be nothing or only slight recollections, but as you do this a few times, you will build a habit and start having more and more to share as you will develop a deeper, more intimate relationship with yourself.</p>
<p>Write a page, maybe two. Write whatever crosses your mind. Nothing is too bad or too silly to write down. Nobody will be reading this, so write it all. No censoring. You may be surprised at what comes out of your innocent mind. Write quickly or slowly. Find your pace. All the emotional stuff that you write in the morning would otherwise stand in the way of you being your best you. By quietly sharing~ you get all those repressed thoughts out of your system, so that you can live your life and realize that you are not your mind and you are not your thoughts. You are a spiritual being in a material world, moving towards the life with deeper meaning, the life you truly came here to live.</p>
<p>Pay attention to your breath. Breath deeper, calmer. Be still and just let it all pass from your mind onto the paper.</p>
<p>Last but not least in the exercise, Write 10 things you are grateful for from yesterday and a few things you are looking forward to in this day.</p>
<p>Take time to appreciate what is well in this moment.</p>

<p>The mind-provoking movie “Inception” has been a success since it&#8217;s released, which may be due to the great actors or complex visual effects or perhaps because of the curiosity and mystery behind dreams.</p>
<p>Dreams are fascinating, whether they have the power to connect your body, mind and spirit or whether they just are a response to neural processes or reflections of the subconscious.</p>
<p>There are endless thoughts, theories and opinions on why we dream, what they mean and what dreaming does.</p>
<p>We do not have all the answers yet, but we do know sleeping is necessary in order for our body to recover and stay in good health and vitality.</p>
<p>Usually dreaming occurs in the R.E.M. Rapid Eye Movement-stage of sleep where our brain is very active.</p>
<p>The deep R.E.M. sleep is very important and plays a key role in your emotional and physical health. This deep sleep stage allows your body to process emotions, memories and stress and helps our brain learn and develop new skills. If you have had a bad night of sleep, do your best to allow your body to recover and get more of the deep sleep time the next night, so you can feel recovered and energetic again.</p>
<p>Try to make it a habit to go to sleep no later then 10pm. Set an alarm on to remind you if necessary. Try it for a few days or a week and see how much getting to bed early may affect your daily energy levels.</p>
<p>You can also help your body recover and get the highest quality sleep through your diet. It’s very important to avoid stimulants like drugs, caffeine and alcohol as they may inhibit R.E.M. sleep. Many doctors, including the renowned ‘sleep-doctor’ Dr. Michael J. Breus believe drugs and stimulants can be linked to sleeping disorders.</p>
<p>Ensure that you are providing your brain and body a high variety of nutrients and practice meditation or stress reduction techniques and you are on the road to improve your sleep while you also improve long term health and vitality!</p>
