Production is fully integrated, providing control over every step and variable. From the arrival of textiles and springs to constructing local-timber bedframes, fiber carding, quilting, and stitching — the magic happens under the same roof. This helps ensure consistent quality, speed and better prices for our customers. But there’s more to the Delux touch. Among other innovations, we use the latest carding technology to deliver twice the standard filling volume without increasing fill weight. We’re also adding nearly 3,000 sq.m. of new space to ensure super-efficient warehousing and logistics.
Delux has fully integrated production meaning that everything is being done and controlled in our factory:
